The 4.5″ SeaSuckers mount them securely on your side walls, gunwales or even on the inside of your SUV for getting gear to the boat. A rubber insert holds multiple rods criss-crossed between the units, topped off with a solid hook-and-loop backed strap to keep everything in place. Sold in pairs.
